Description:

This specially cut, OR1 rope pad is specifically designed to pad the edge of the New River Gorge Bridge rappel performed during Bridge Day™ in October every year in WV.  We designed this pad for the rappelling teams on Bridge Day™ to pad a specific spot where the rope rubs as it hangs from the rig points.   

It is constructed out of a tough PVC sandwiched between 2 layer of durable, heavy cotton canvas duck. Grommets on each corner. Rigging cordage is included on all 3 grommets. Large 6" x 12" x 28" Green only, able to pad up to 2 ft of edging. 

The top corner on one side has been removed at a 45 degree angle & a 3rd grommet has been added to this side to secure it to the side of the bridge. There are no grommets in the bottom edge as with our other pads.
